Obsahem této diplomové práce je navrhnout plán projektu na zavedení systému řízení zakázkové výroby. V práci jsou použity metody a postupy projektového řízení. Práce obsahuje studii příležitostí, časovou, zdrojovou a nákladovou analýzu. Také byla zpracována analýza rizik. The content of this master´s thesis is to design a plan for the project to management system implementation of custom manufacturing. The thesis contains the methods and procedures for project management. The thesis includes opportunities study, time analysis, ressource analysis and cost analysis. The thesis also contains risk analysis.
