Práce se bude zabývat financováním a finanční analýzou neziskových organizací se zaměřením na amatérské fotbalové kluby. V analytické části bude provedeno zhodnocení finanční analýzy, CBA analýza na návrh nové budovy se šatnami a technickými místnostmi ve fotbalovém klubu „TJ Sokol Slavonín“. Na základě zjištěných výsledků je podán návrh na zlepšení návratnosti investice s následným návrhem na finanční strukturu a v posledním kroku stanovení rozpočtu na další rok zahrnující financování investice. This master´s thesis deals with evaulating of non-profit organizations focusing on amateur football clubs. During the analytical part,a financial statement will ge given by a CBA analysis based on a practical example of designing a new building with changing rooms and technical infrastructure of the football club "TJ Sokol Slavonin". "Finally, proposals improving the return on investment, followed by a financial structure, how to finance the project in an optimal way, show that an integrated finance model was created.
