Diplomová práce se zabývá projektem implementace nového informačního systému a kompletní obnovy počítačového vybavení společnosti Chladservis s.r.o. V práci jsou použité metody a postupy projektového managementu podle IPMA (International Project Management Association). The master’s thesis deals with a project to implement a new information system and complete recovery of computer equipment Chladservis s.r.o. Project management methods and procedures defined by IPMA (International Project Management Association) are used in this thesis.
