Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení výkonnosti podniku využitím metody Balanced Scorecard. Teoretická část popisuje koncept Balanced Scorecard, postup při její implementaci a možná rizika. V další části je představena společnost COFELY a.s., jsou vypracovány analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí, finanční analýza a vypracován návrh implementace konceptu Balanced Scorecard do této společnosti. V závěru práce jsou shrnuta rizika a přínosy této metody pro analyzovanou společnost. The Master´s thesis is focused on evaluation of performance in the company by using the Balanced Scorecard. Theoretical part describes the concept of Balanced Scorecard, the process for its implementation and the possible risks. In the next part of the thesis there is introduced COFELY a.s., there are performed some analysis of internal and external business environment, financial analysis and there is a proposal to implement the concept of Balanced Scorecard. In conclusion of the thesis summarizes the risks and benefits of this method for the analyzed company.
