Diplomová práce s názvem Posilování konkurenceschopnosti firmy se zabývá návrhem opatření pro kavárnu v centru Brna vedoucích k posílení její konkurenceschopnosti. Nejprve je provedena analýza vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí firmy a vyhodnocen dotazník spokojenosti zákazníků. Výsledky těchto analýz jsou následně shrnuty ve SWOT analýze. Na základě zjištěných informací jsou navržena opatření, která by měla přispět ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti firmy. The thesis titled Development of competitiveness of company deals with arrangements for a café in the city center leading to the strengthening of its competitiveness. First, it analyzes the internal and external environment and evaluates customer satisfaction questionnaire. The results of these analyzes are summarized in the SWOT analysis. Based on the information measures are proposed, which should contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the company.
