Diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom projektu na vybudovanie firemnej škôlky v spoločnosti Quality Brands. Úvodná časť sa venuje teoretickým poznatkom z oblasti projektového managementu, následne autorka analyzuje súčasný stav z pohľadu možností realizácie firemnej škôlky a záujmu zamestnancov. Záver práce je venovaný samotnému návrhu projektu. The master’s thesis deals with the design of the project to create a corporate kindergarten in the company Quality Brands. The first part is devoted to theoretical knowledge of project management, then the author analyzes the current situation in terms of possibilities for createing the corporate kindergarten and interest of staff. The final part is devoted to the project proposal.
