Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na navrţení motivačního systému pro vybranou společnost. První část práce vychází z teoretických poznatků týkající se dané problematiky, které byly zpracovány na základě odborné literatury. Analytická část je věnovaná samotné společnosti a analýze současného motivačního systému na základě interních zdrojů společnosti a dotazníkového šetření. Poslední část práce obsahuje jednotlivé návrhy, které by měly přispět ke zlepšení součastného stavu motivačního systému a celkové spokojenosti zaměstnanců. This diploma thesis is focused on suggesting a motivational system for chosen company. First part of the thesis results from theoretical findings concerning the given issue that were processed on the basis of professional literature. The analytical part deals with society itself and analysis of current motivational system on the basis of internal company sources and questionnaire survey. Last part of the thesis contains individual suggestions that should contribute to the improvement of the current state of the motivational system and total employee satisfaction.
