Diplomová práce se zabývá studiem vztahů zaměstnanců ve firmě P&L, spol. s r.o. Sleduje komunikaci mezi firmou a zaměstnanci a zároveň komunikaci zaměstnanců mezi sebou. Hlavním cílem je zhodnocení současné situace v této firmě a návrh různých koncepcí budování vztahů se zaměstnanci. This graduation theses deals with study of employees relations in company P&L, spol. s r.o. It observes communication between company and employees and also communication employees with one another. The main target is evaluation current situations in the company and design of various conceptions of building relations with employees.
