Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem podnikatelského plánu pro rozvoj podniku obnovením exportního prodeje vybraného produktu. Návrh vychází z analýzy současného stavu v oboru a cílem je zjistit, zda tato expanze mimo domácí trh může být pro další rozvoj a budoucí fungování podniku dostatečně účinná a úspěšná. The diploma thesis concerns with a proposal of business plan for development of company by renewing its export sale of a selected product. The proposal follows the analysis of current situation in this line of business and aim is to find out whether such an expansion outside of the domestic market can be adequately effective and successful for the further growth and future existence of the company.
