Diplomová práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou současného stavu nejmenované společnosti podnikající v oblasti energetiky. Na základě zjištěných skutečností doporučuje návrhy, které jsou nezbytné pro zlepšení situace v podniku. The Master’s thesis deals with the strategy analysis of current situation in a nameless company carrying business in power engineering. On the basis of recognized matter encourage proposals which are important for improve of standing in a company.
