Diplomová práce vymezuje podmínky pro podnikání ve Spojených Státech Amerických, analyzuje vnější i vnitřní prostředí tamějšího trhu v oblasti informačních technologií, konkrétně systémů pro správu obsahu webu (CMS). Tento rozbor je dále využit pro návrh obchodní strategie společnosti Kentico Software, s.r.o., zaměřený na expanzi na americký trh. Rozvoj podnikatelských aktivit tímto směrem je nezbytnou součástí dalšího všeobecného růstu firmy. This Master´s thesis defines the conditions for business in the United States of America, analyzes the external and internal environment of the local IT market, specifically of content management systems (CMS). The analysis output is used for proposal of corporate business strategy of Kentico Software, s.r.o. with main aim on development of company´s activities to U.S. market. It is the essential part of ongoing overall growth of this firm.
