Hlavním cílem této práce je ukázat jak funguje hlasové ústrojí člověka při řeči a jakým způsobem ho lze vyšetřit. Seznámíme se zde s metodami pro objektivizaci vyšetření hlasivek pomocí moderní videotechniky. V práci dále nalezneme principielní návrh stroboskopického zdroje světla, který by mohl být použit pro vyšetření hlasivek ve videolaryngostroboskopii. V další části práce je nastíněno experimentální ověření funkčních bloků, které by mohlo být užito pro vyšetření v praxi. The main object of these work is show how does vocal organism of a man work and how can we examine it. We are familiarized with methods for objectification of investigation glottis by the help of modern videotechnology. In this work we could found draft of stroboscopic source of light, whitch would be used for investigation glottis in videolaryngosrtoboscopy. In the following part of this work is shown experimental examination functional section, whitch would me used for investigation in practice.
