Samples from the scene of the fire were also analyzed by non-targeted screening; The aim of this thesis was putting negative characteristics of polycycli c aromatic hydrocarbons in the environment; which will focus on polyaromatic hydrocarbons.; with particular emphasis on the nitro and alkyl derivatives of these hydrocarbons. The thesis analyzed samples from different localities scene of the fire; Cílem této diplomové práce bylo uvedení negativních vlastností polycyklických aromatických uhlovodíků v životním prostředí; který bude zaměřen na polyaromatické uhlovodíky.; s hlavním důrazem na nitro- a alkyl- deriváty těchto uhlovodíků. V rámci diplomové práce byly analyzovány vzorky požářišť z různých lokalit a v nich následně stanoveno množství alkyl- a nitroderivátů polycyklických aromatických uhlovodíků. Vzorky z požářišť byly rovněž analyzovány metodou necíleného screeningu
