Diplomová práce je založena na zhodnocení vhodnosti termálního pramene v oblasti Jižní Moravy pro relaxačně, terapeutické účely. Pomocí kapilární elektroforézy je zjištěn obsah minerálních látek, kterými jsou termální vody využívány a vyhledávány pro léčebné účinky. My thesis is based on an assessment of the suitability of thermal spring in the Southern Moravia for a relaxing, therapeutic purposes. By capillary electrophoresis are measured concentration of natural substancies, which are used in thermal waters and are searched for therapeutic effects.
