Vývoj kompozitních materiálů je v současné době velice progresivní odvětví a vede k vývoji materiálů s novými vlastnostmi. I přes výborné materiálové vlastnosti, nacházíme ale hlavní nedostatek, což je nedostatečná adheze výztuže k matrici. Moje práce je zaměřena na vylepšení adheze povrchu substrátu depozicí samovolně uskupené (SA, self assembled) monovrstvy z organosilanů. Vlastnosti vzniklé vrstvy, tloušťka, povrchové napětí, homogenita a smáčivost byly vyhodnoceny pomocí měření kontaktního úhlu a spektroskopické elipsometrie. Development of composite material is very much progressive sector and leads to evolution of material with new property. This type of material has one, but important deficiency. It is small adhesion armature to matrix. My study is sight on improvement adhesion the surface by deposition self assembled (SA) monolayer from organosilanes. Property of this layer, like thickness, surface tension, homogenity and wettability, was evaluated by the contact angle measurement and spektroscopical elipsometri.
