NÁVRH KULTÚRNO SPOLOČENSKÉHO CENTRA JE SITUOVANÝ V ČASTI KOZIA HÔRKA (ZNÁME MESTSKÉ KÚPALISKO). VO SVOJ PROSPECH VYUŽÍVA PRÍRODNÚ SCENÉRIU A POKOJNÚ ATMOSFÉRU TOHTO MIESTA. DO DEJA PREDSTAVENIA SA VNÁŠA ODKAZ V PODOBE TELESA PRIEHRADY. FUNKCIA CENTRA JE ROZDELENÁ NA MENŠIE CELKY POROZMIESTŇOVANÉ V ÚZEMÍ KOZIA HÔRKA. The design of cultural centre is situated in part Kozia Hôrka( well-known city swimming pool), in its advantage takes natural scenery and calm atmosphere of place. Into action of performance brings a message in form of body of reservoir, function of centre is divided into small parts placed in area Kozia Hôrka. Orientation of objects comes mainly from local natural ispirations. Complex is multifunctional in concept, counts with several sorts of culture - sports events. Whereby the main function of swimming pool is preserved and added for higher comfort of inhabitants. Architecture of objects comes from idea of floating leaf on water level and body of reservoir. Objects stylizely illustrate this idea. The design takes the game of solids of organic and strictly ortogonal shapes. Two mutual opposites, in interaction. Objects smoothy and with respect encroach the environment, which is enough marked by human. Simplicity in used materials ( glass, steel, wood ) give transparency and purity to whole solution.

A period; collector of everything; energy for Brno and closed surrounding. It is a huge book full of stories; engraved inzo rock massif; inspire by them. The River; no one knows where; river as a holder and reservoir as a archive.; runs through entire region of Morava and flows into a water reservoir Nove Mlyny. The name Svratka comes from old Czech word "Sworti"; that from ancient times leaves a legacy behind; the beautiful environment of Moravian forests. The River; the point A and B. The River as holder of information; The River Svratka is stocking the Brno´s water reservoir. The River; water reservoir as a memory of Hrazn Sikula; what means to twirl. It is a message; what river brings on its shoulders design takes from these words; which deeply graved on mind; which is filled the water level of reservoir. Resource of water; which remained here as image of name translated into several generations. The River as a split historical limit of Czech and Moravia. At the same time is a junction between the beginning and the end; which started their way; which starts a pilgrimate in Zdiarska Hills; who with heroic action stopped a destruction of reservoir and consequential overwhelming flood of Brno.
