Tato bakalářská práce se skládá ze tří hlavních částí. První část se zabývá popisem technologií suché a mokré fermentace a porovnáním těchto metod. Ve druhé části je rozebráno složení a charakteristiky zbytkového materiálu po suché a mokré fermentaci. Ve třetí části jsou popsány různé metody spalování zbytkového materiálu. This Bachelor's work consists of three main parts. The first part deals with description of dry and wet fermentation process and comparison of these methods. The second part describes the composition of the residual material and its characteristics. The last part deals with different methods of combustion of residual material.
