Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlastnostmi a využitím vzduchu, jakožto měřicího média při detekci a ověřování míry netěsnosti měřené soustavy. Cílem práce je se všeobecně seznámit s metodami detekce míry netěsnosti, které se v široké technické praxi využívají a s vlivy, které toto měření mohou, někdy i zásadně, ovlivňovat. Detailněji se práce zabývá metodami, které využívají jako zkušební medium stlačený vzduch. Praktickým cílem bakalářské práce je porovnání měřících metodik, popř. návrh nové metodiky pro detekci míry netěsnosti hřídelových těsnění vysokotlakých čerpadel systému Common rail, vyráběných firmou Bosch Diesel s.r.o. v Jihlavě, konkrétně u produktové řady CPN5. This bachelor thesis deals with the attributes and usage of air, as a measurement medium for detection and verifying of the leakage range of the measured composition. The goal of this thesis is to generally learn about the detection methods of the leakage range, which are used in the broad technical praxis and about the effects, which can sometimes substantially influence this measurement. In detail, this thesis deals with methods, which use as a testing medium compressed air. The practical goal of this bachelor thesis is the comparison of the measurement methods, alternatively proposal of a new method for the detection of the leakage range of the shaft sealing of the common rail high-pressure pumps, manufactured by the company Bosch Diesel s.r.o. in Jihlava, specifically at product series CPN5.
