Práce je ve své první části zaměřena na popis experimentální smyčky měřícího standu krize přestupu tepla, umožňujícího vizualizaci dvoufázového proudění ve vertikálním kanále. V další části jsou uvedeny základní matematické postupy pro řešení přechodových jevů reálných zařízení. Poslední praktická část této práce se věnuje aplikaci předešlých postupů na elektrický ohřívák v rámci experimentální smyčky a vytvoření matematického modelu tohoto zařízení. In the first part, the bachelor thesis is focused on the description of test facility used for studying critical heat flux and for visualizing two-phase flow in the vertical canal. In the next part, there are the basic mathematical methods that are used for solving transient behavior of real devices. The last practical part of the thesis deals with applying of preceding methods to the preheater as part of the experimental loop and creating mathematical model of this device.
