Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá Moderními metodami řízení kvality. V teoretické části shrnuje principy a mechanismy jednotlivých metod, které tvoří hlavní část této bakalářské práce. Specificky se jedná o Moderní řízení kvality produktu, Kanban a Osm disciplín řešení problému. Zde se jednalo především o literární rešerši výše zmíněných metod. V praktické části, která byla vypracovaná ve spolupráci se společností ZETOR TRACTORS a.s., došlo k porovnání jednotlivých metod. Také byla vytvořena případová studie. This bachelor's thesis is about Modern methods of quality managements. In theoretical part are principles of the methods, which are the main part of this bachelor´s thesis. The names of these methods are Advanced product quality planning, Kanban and Eight disciplines of solving problem. This part is literature review of each method. The practical part, which was done in cooperation with ZETOR TRACTORS a.s., was about real usage of these methods. Case study was done in this part to.
