Úkolem práce bylo zpracovat přehled metod měření textury povrchu, provést analýzu měření získaných kontaktními přístroji a bezkontaktním přístrojem Talysurf CCI Lite a formulovat z nich doporučení pro praxi. Na základě měření byl analyzován vliv nastavení základní délky na měření drsnosti a variabilita měření. Byly identifikovány kroky procesu měření, kterým je potřeba věnovat zvláštní pozornost. Výstupem práce je návrh postupu měření profilových charakteristik drsnosti bezkontaktním přístrojem Talysurf CCI Lite. The goal of this thesis was to create an overview of methods of surface texture evaluation, to analyse measurements of roughness profile parameters made with contact instruments and non-contact instrument Talysurf CCI Lite and to deduce practical recommendations from them. Based on measurements made, analyses of influence of cut-off settings on roughness measurement and of measurement variability were performed. Steps of the measurement process requiring special attention were identified. The output of this thesis is a proposal of measurement procedure for Talysurf CCI Lite.
