Projekt vypracovaný v rámci bakalářského studia předkládá návrh technologie výroby držáku pro lištu závěsů z pozinkovaného ocelového plechu 11 305 o tloušťce 1 mm. Výrobní série je stanovena na 20 000 ks/rok. Podle literární studie problematiky stříhání a ohýbání a také na základě výpočtů bylo navrženo stříhání v postupovém střižném nástroji a ohýbání v ohýbacích nástrojích. Pro výrobu je použitý výstředníkový lis LEN 40 C a hydraulický lis CDC 2 – 7. Střižník, střižnice, ohybníky a ohybnice jsou vyrobeny z nástrojové oceli 19 436.3. The project developed within the bachelor degree is proposing a technology of manufacturing a holder for rail hinges made of galvanized sheet steel 11 305, 1 mm thick. The production run is set at 20,000 units a year. According to literary studies concerning cutting and bending, as well as on the basis of calculations, cutting in an operating cutting tool and bending in bending tools were proposed. LEN 40 C – an eccentric press and CDC 2 – 7 hydraulic press are used for the production. The cutting punch, cutting die, bending punches, bending dies are made from tool steel 19 436.3.
