Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá přínosy rekonstrukce spalovny SAKO Brno, a.s., která proběhla v rámci projektu „Odpadové hospodářství Brno“. Hlavním cílem projektu bylo modernizací spalovny docílit co nejefektivnějšího využití komunálního odpadu, ať už pomocí jeho vytřídění a následné recyklace, nebo energetickým využitím páry vyráběné spalováním odpadu. Zároveň byl kladen důraz na minimalizaci negativních vlivů spalovny na životní prostředí. This bachelor thesis deals with benefits of incinerator SAKO Brno reconstruction, which took place during the project „Waste Management Brno“. Major goal of this project was the most effective utilization of municipal waste with help of incinerator modernization, both its assorting followed by recycling, and energy using of steam produced by combustion of waste. Simultaneously, the accent was put on minimization of negative environmental impact of incinerator.
