Práce se stručně zabývá vývojem regulací spotřeb energií v budovách a zaměřuje se na inteligentní systémy budov a jejich možných aplikaci ve školách. Stručně proto charakterizuje regulaci vytápění, větrání, klimatizace a osvětlení a jejich integrováni do centralizovaného řídicího prvku. Dále popisuje systémy několika významných výrobců, stručný popis ekonomiky provozu, výhled aplikací těchto systémů a budoucnosti a příklady již realizovaných instalací. This bachelor‘s thesis briefly discusses about regulation of energy consumption in buildings with specialization on building intelligent systems and its application at schools. It briefly characterizes regulation of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and lighting and its integration into centralized control component. Thesis discusses about systems from a few producers, short description of economic operation, a vision of these systems into the future and examples of implemented installations.
