Cílem této práce je návrh vhodného zařízení pro granulaci fosfátových prášků. Na tento vybíraný stroj jsou kladeny požadavky produkce 4,5 t/h se zrnitostí 1-2 mm. Aby bylo možné vybrat vhodný stroj, byl v této práci nejprve zpracován přehled a popis možných strojů, které lze pro účely granulace užít. Druhá část shrnuje výsledky měření na pěti typech fosfátových prášků. Tyto výsledky zpřesňují požadavky na vybraný stroj. V závěrečné části byl vytvořen přehled momentálních nabídek firem, které se granulační technikou zabývají. The aim of this project is to create a suitable machine for granulation of phosphate powders. Production requirements to this machine are 4.5 t/h with 1-2 mm granularity. The list of all possible machines is introduced in first part of this paper. Measurement results of five different phosphate powders were summarized in the second part of the paper. These results specify requirements to the selected machine. In the third and last section the list of all recent companies offering granular technologies was set up.
