Spotřeba tepla budovy nám udává, kolik tepla musíme přivést do budovy, aby bylo dosaženo požadované teploty. Z toho se dá vyjádřit finanční náročnost vytápění této budovy. Tato práce se zabývá analýzou spotřeby tepla budovy A2 FSI VUT v Brně. Analýza je provedena obálkovou metodou kdy se uvažují pouze přestupy tepla do okolí a ne uvnitř budovy, protože ty jsou pro nás v tomto případě nepodstatné. Dalším cílem této práce je zhodnotit spotřebu tepla po provedení úprav na budově a zhodnocení jejich návratnosti v závislosti na změněně spotřeby tepla. Všechny provedené výpočty tepelných ztrát byly provedeny dle normy ČSN EN ISO 13790 - Energetická náročnost budov a ČSN 73 0540 – Tepelná ochrana budov. Uvažovanými úpravami budovy byla výměna oken, zateplení pláště budovy a provedení obou předchozích úprav současně. Heat consumption of the building tells us how much heat we need to bring into the building to achieve the desired temperature. From that can be expressed the financial performance of heating of the building. This work deals with the analysis of heating of building A2 FSI VUT Brno. The analysis is done by the envelope method which considered only heat transfer to the surroundings and not inside the building, as they are irrelevant for us in this case. Another aim of this study is to evaluate the heat consumption after making adjustments to the building and evaluation of their returnability, depending on the change of heat consumption. All heat loss calculations were made according to ČSN EN ISO 13790 - Energy Performance of Buildings and ČSN 73 0540 - Thermal protection of buildings. considerated modifications of the building were the replacement of windows, insulation of building envelope and combination of the two previous adjustments simultaneously.
