Předmětem této práce je zpracovat technologickou a materiálovou rešerši v oblasti výroby mikromanipulačních nástrojů používaných v humánní a veterinární medicíně. Práce podává shrnutí možných fyzikálních a chemických parametrů, jež mohou negativně ovlivňovat korozivní vlastnosti ultra tenkých kapilár a shrnuje dopady radiační sterilizace pomocí gama záření na fyzikální a chemické parametry skla, ze kterého jsou mikromanipulační nástroje vyráběny. Krátká experimentální část se zabývá možným odstranění povrchových vad výrobků pomocí chemického leštění skla kyselinou fluorovodíkovou.
This thesis is focused on the technology of producing ultra-thin-walled capillaries. The summary of physical and chemical properties affecting corrosivity of produced capillaries is done. The explanation of defects in glass structure of capillaries is done focusing to defects formed by the gamma radiation impacts on their structure. Short experimental part deals with the improvement of glass surface due to chemical polishing by hydrofluoric acid.
