Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh rekonstrukce zanedbaného statku v malé obci Repechy na Drahanské vrchovině. Původní dispozice byla tradiční čtvercová s vnitřním dvorem. Později byl objekt zcela nevhodně přestavěn (vybourání vnitřních zdí, zastřešení dvora) a využíván pro chov skotu. Záměrem investora je objekt rekonstruovat a dostavět tak, aby mohl být využíván jako penzion poskytující další doplňkové funkce – restaurace, posilovna a krytý bazén s vířivkou, které jsou přístupné ubytovaným i externím návštěvníkům. Předpokládaná kapacita je přibližně 50 lůžek a stejný počet míst v restauraci. Vzhledem ke špatnému až havarijnímu stavu většiny konstrukcí byla zachována jen malá část původní stavby, konkrétně severovýchodní křídlo využívané původně jako obytná část. Původní zdi a trámový strop jsou doplněny o nový ztužující železobetonový věnec a nový stropní panel (z důvodu srovnání výškových úrovní podlah ve 2NP a pravděpodobně nedostatečné únosnosti původního stropu). Pro novou stavbu je navržen konstrukční systém NOVATOP z prefabrikovaných panelů lepených z masívního dřeva. V rámci tohoto systému jsou řešeny obvodové i vnitřní stěny, stropy i střecha. Střešní krytina je vláknocementová, zateplení je provedeno převážně z dřevovláknitých desek výrobce STEICO. Barevnému provedení exteriéru objektu dominují dvě barvy – čistá bílá omítka sjednocující starou a novou část a platinově šedá zdůrazňující vybrané prvky (římsy, ostění oken a dveří). The subject of this bachelor thesis is the reconstruction of a neglected farm in a small village Repechy at Drahany Highlands. The original layout was traditional square with an inner courtyard. Later the building was completely rebuilt inappropriately (demolition of interior walls, roofing over the courtyard) and used for breeding cattle. The investor intend to reconstruct and extend the building so it can be used as a guesthouse providing additional features – a restaurant, a gym and an indoor pool with whirlpool, which are accessible to accommodated and external visitors. Estimated capacity is approximately 50 beds and the same number of seats in the restaurant. Due to the poor state of the majority of structures, only a small part of the original building is preserved, namely the northeast wing which was originally used as a residential area. The original walls and beamed ceilings are complemented by a new reinforced concrete shear ring and a new ceiling slab (for comparison height levels of floors in the 2nd floor and probably insufficient bearing capacity of the original ceiling). New parts of the building are built using the NOVATOP construction system of prefabricated panels made of solid wood. Under this system are resolved both outer and interior walls, ceilings and roof. Roof covering is made of fibre-cement roof tiles. Insulation is made mostly of wood-fibre boards by STEICO. The design of exterior of the building is using two colors - pure white plaster uniting old and new parts and platinum gray highlighting selected elements (cornices, window and door jambs).
