Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zastřešení objektu, jehož hlavním využitím je provozování malého až středního vinařství rodinného typu s prodejem vína vlastní produkce a ubytováním formou malého penzionu. Práce obsahuje průvodní a souhrnnou technickou zprávu, technologické předpisy, výkaz výměr, časový plán, položkový rozpočet, návrh strojní sestavy, kontrolní a zkušební plán, bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví na stavbě, zásady a organizace výstavby, detaily a ostatní technologickou dokumentaci etap. The main subject of this thesis is the roofing structure of a building used to run a small to medium-sized family winery with own wine production intended for subsequent sale and a guesthouse type of accommodation. This thesis includes a complete technical report, technological regulations, statements, assessment documentation, time schedule, itemized budget, assembly machinery draft, inspection and testing plan, health and safety at the building site, principles and organizational aspects of construction, details and other technical documentation for all stages.
