Bakalářská práce se zabývá hospodařením s energiemi a vodou v bytovém domě. Pro energetickou bilanci bytového domu byly použity výpočetní nástroje Národní kalkulační nástroj II a výstupy simulací v softwaru BSim2000. Na základě výpočtů byla sestavena Et-křivka pro bytový dům, která byla následně doplněna reálným měřením. The bachelor thesis deals with the management of energy and water in a residential building. For the energy balance of the residential building were used computational tools NKN II and outputs simulation on software BSim2000. On the basis of the calculations were prepared Et-curve for the residential building, which was subsequently supplemented by real measurement.
