Bakalářská práce se skládá z teoretické a experimentální části. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny poznatky týkající se struktury dřeva, jeho základních vlastností a životnosti. Dále jsou popsány vady dřeva, vliv dřevokazného hmyzu a hub, typy dřevěných konstrukcí, působení povětrnostních podmínek, chemická koroze a mechanickém poškození dřeva. Hodnocení stavu dřeva v konstrukcích je vhodné pomocí nedestruktivních metod, a proto byla provedena rešerše článků zabývajících se těmito metodami. Využívané nedestruktivní metody jsou: vizuální, tvrdoměrné, akustické, elektrické, radiační, optické a měření vlhkosti. Experimentální část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na ultrazvukovou impulsovou metodu, kterou lze zjistit vady nebo narušení dřevní hmoty v závislosti na rychlosti šíření ultrazvukového impulsu. Pro spolehlivou interpretaci výsledků je vhodné při hodnocení stavu dřevěné konstrukce vhodně kombinovat nedestruktivní metody. This bachelor's thesis consists of theoretical and experimental part. In the theoretical part there are given findings regarding on structure of wood, its basic properties and durability. The following describes the wood defects, influence of wood pests and fungi, types of wooden structures, climatic conditions, chemical corrosion and mechanical damage to the wood. Evaluation of the status of wood in the structures is appropriate by using non-destructive methods, therefore was performed research articles on these methods. Non-destructive methods are used: visual, hardness tests, electrical, radiation, optical and moisture determination. Experimental part of the bachelor's thesis is focused on ultrasonic impulse method, that can detect defects or damage in the wood mass that depends on the speed of ultrasonic impulse. For a reliable interpretation of the results it is appropriate to combine non-destructive methods when assessing status of wood structure.
