Předmětem bakalářské práce je hrubá spodní stavba polyfunkčního domu. Jedná se o přístavbu se třemi nadzemními podlažími ke stávajícímu polyfunkčnímu domu, který se nachází na Masarykově náměstí v Pelhřimově. Bakalářská práce se zabývá především etapami, pro které jsou v ní zpracovány technologické předpisy: zemní práce, zakládání objektu, hydroizolace nového objektu a dodatečné hydroizolace části stávajícího polyfunkčního domu. Bakalářská práce dále řeší zařízení staveniště, časový plán, situaci stavby, položkový rozpočet, návrh strojní sestavy, kontrolní a zkušební plán a bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci. The object of the bachelor thesis is a coarse substructure of the multifunctional building. This is extension of a three floor to the existing polyfunctional house, witch is located on Masaryk Square in Pelhřimov. The bachelor thesis mainly deals with the stages in which there are processed technical regulations: earthwork, foundation of the building, new building waterproofing and additional waterproofing of existing multifunctional building. The bachelor thesis also addresses building equipment, scheduling, construction situation, itemized budget, proposal of mechanical assembly, inspection and test plan and safety and health protection during the work.
