Bakalářská práce rozvíjí architektonickou studii Centra volného času, která vznikla v rámci Ateliéru veřejných staveb. Navrhovaná budova se nachází na sídlišti Kamenný Vrch v Brně - Novém Lískovci. Je umístěna doprostřed rozlehlého rekreačního území a slouží jako komunitní centrum pro obyvatele přilehlého sídliště. Hlavní ideou návrhu bylo vytvořit místo, kde budou mít uživatelé dostatek soukromí a prostoru k vzájemnému poznání při společných aktivitách. Objekt má dvě nadzemní podlaží. V 1NP se nachází kavárna, technická místnost a otevřený veřejný prostor s dětským hřištěm a lavičkami. V 2NP jsou prostory komunitního centra - knihovna, klubovna seniorů, výtvarná dílna, klubovna dětí, hudební zkušebna, víceúčelový sál a kancelář zaměstnanců centra. Místnosti jsou rozmístěny kolem otevřeného nádvoří s intenzivní vegetací. Nosná konstrukce budovy kombinuje monolitický železobeton v přízemí s dřevěnými a ocelovými prvky v patře. The Bachelor thesis develops an architectural study of Leisure time centre which was created within the Public Buildings Studio. The proposed building is located at the Kamenný Vrch settlement in Brno - Nový Lískovec. It is placed in the middle of large recreational area and it serves as a community centre for inhabitants of the surrounding settlement. The main idea beneath the design was to create a place where users will have enough privacy and space to get to know each other during common activities. The building has two floors. There is a cafe, MEP room and open public space with a playground and benches on the ground floor. On the first floor there are rooms of the community centre - library, club for seniors, art room, club for children, rehearsal room, multipurpose hall and office for employees of the centre. The rooms are set around an open court with intensive vegetation. The supporting structure of the building combines monolithic reinforced concrete on the ground floor with wooden and steel elements on the first floor.
