Bakalářská práce se zabývá rekonstrukcí a přístavbou historické vodní tvrze. Řešený objekt se nachází uprostřed obce Horní Dunajovice, která je vzdálena od Znojma necelých 18km. Tvrz je vedena jako nemovitá kulturní památka. Objekt bude kompletně zrekonstruován a postaví se i nové východní křídlo na místě původního nedochovaného. Stavba bude z velké části využívána jako penzion s možnosti nadstandardní péče pro seniory. Nový objekt bude čtyřpodlažní s přízemím volným a navazujícím na nádvoří. Zbylé tři patra obsahují byty. Ve stávajícím objektu vzniknou byty, kanceláře, výstavní a společenské prostory, technické zázemí. V další fázi se počítá s parkovými úpravami a vytvořením veřejného prostoru, který naváže na řešený pozemek.
Bachelor thesis deals with the reconstruction and extension of historic water fortress. Designed building is located in the middle of the village Horni Dunajovice, which is located less than 18 km away from Znojmo. The fortress is managed as a cultural sight. The building will be completely renovated and stands as the new east wing on the formel not preserved. The construction will be largely used as a guest house with extra care options for seniors. The new four-storey building with ground floor will be free and building on the courtyard. The other three floors contain apartments. The existing building for flats, offices, exhibition and meeting facilities, technical facilities. The next phase is expected grounds editing and creating public space, designed to build on the land
