Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o možnosti využití náhradních sladidel k redukci nadváhy a k léčbě cukrovky 2. typu. V experimentální části byl ověřen minimální vliv nízkoenergetického sladidla Extra-Linie od společnosti Favea, spol. s r.o. s účinnou složkou erythritolem na hladinu glukosy v krvi. This bachelor´s thesis deals with the possibility of using alternative sweeteners to reduce overweight and treat type 2 diabetes. In the experimental part of this thesis was verified the minimal effect of reduced calorie sweetener Extra-Linie from Favea Ltd. including erythritol on blood glucose concentration.
