Cílem bakalářské práce je shrnutí potenciálně alergenních kovů obsažených v kosmetických přípravcích, vytvoření přehledu příslušných surovin, používaných k výrobě kosmetických přípravků, a popsání typu alergických reakcí vyvolaných potenciálně alergenními kovy. Veškeré zde uvedené kovy jsou rozděleny do dvou skupin, z nichž jedna obsahuje prokázané alergeny a druhá potenciální alergeny, které mohou mít vliv na vznik alergické reakce. U každého kovu je uvedena možná alergická reakce s ním spojená, popřípadě jeho výskyt v surovinách obsažených pro výrobu kosmetických přípravků, které jsou v této práci také diskutovány. V průběhu textu jsou uvedeny metody pro stanovení obsahu kovů v kosmetických přípravcích. V závěru jsou shrnuty důvody důležitosti sledování potenciálních alergenů z řad kovů. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to summarize potential allergenic metals contained in cosmetics, make an overview of raw materials used for cosmetics, and describe types of allergenic reactions caused by potential allergenic metals. All the metals presented are divided into two groups, from which one contains established allergens and the other one contains potential allergens, which can have influence on inducing of an allergetic reaction. There is shown a possible allergenic reaction for each metal, and its possible occurence in raw materials for a production of cosmetics, which are discussed in this work as well. There are also shown methods for determining the amount of metals in cosmetics. In the conclusion, there are mentioned some reasons of monitoring potencial allergens from series of metals.
