Cílem této bakalářské práce je provedení finanční analýzy společnosti Ryor, a.s. mezi léty 2010 až 2014. Práce je rozdělena na metodickou a praktickou část. Metodická část obsahuje obecné postupy, pojmy, metody, vzorce a zdroje dat, které jsou pro finanční analýzu nezbytné. V praktické části budou metody představené v metodické části přímo aplikované na vybraný podnik. Praktická část bude obsahovat zejména analýzu absolutních a poměrových ukazatelů, analýzu pracovního kapitálu, mezipodnikové srovnání a aplikaci bonitních a bankrotních modelů. V závěru práce budou všechny dosažené výsledky shrnuty, zhodnocen finanční stav podniku a navrženy opatření ke zlepšení ekonomické situace firmy. The aim of this Bachelor´s Thesis is a financial analysis of the company Ryor, a. s. between years 2010 to 2014. The thesis is divided into two parts. The methodological part include general procedures, terms methods, formulas and data sources, that are necessary for financial analysis. The methods will applied to the selected company in the practical part. The practical part will include horizontal and vertical analysis, financial ratios, working capital, bankruptcy and credibility models and intercompany comparison. In the conclusion, all the results summarized, reviewed the financial status of the company and suggested measures to improve the economic situation of the company.
