Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav nastavení fungování společnosti Trafil Czech s ohledem na požadavky normy ISO/TS 16949:2009 a navrhnout případné opatření, vedoucí k dosažení shody s touto normou. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. První kapitola teoretické části se věnuje definici kvality a jejímu pojetí. ISO normám, jejich významu pro jednotlivé segmenty společnosti a pojmům souvisejícím se systémem kvality se věnuje druhá kapitola této práce. Ve třetí kapitole je představena norma ISO/TS 16949: 2009, kterou společnost hodlá zavést. V kapitole čtvrté je představena společnost Trafil Czech. Kapitola pátá je praktickou částí práce a obsahuje analýzu současného stavu oblastí společnosti Trafil Czech upravených normou ISO/TS 16949: 2009 a návrhy opatření v případné neshodě s normou. The aim is to analyse the status of the company Trafil Czech with regard to the requirements of ISO/TS 16949: 2009 and propose possible measures designed to achieve compliance with this standard. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The first chapter of the theoretical part deals with the definition of quality and its concepts. The second chapter of this work is dedicated to ISO standards and their importance for different segments of society and concepts related to the quality system. The third chapter introduces ISO/TS 16949: 2009, which the company intends to implement. The fourth chapter introduces the company Trafil Czech. The last chapter is the practical part of the thesis, and includes the analysis of the status of the company Trafil Czech with regard to the requirements of ISO/TS 16949: 2009 and propose possible measures designed to achieve compliance with this standard.
