Autor bakalářskou práci rozdělil na čtyři hlavní části. První se zabývá významem školství a také tím, jak je školství v České republice organizováno. Následující dvě kapitoly popisují to, jak se rozdělují finanční prostředky ze státního rozpočtu pro školství a jejich následné přerozdělení do regionálního školství pomocí krajů a krajských rozpočtů. Poslední kapitola je věnována Vyšší odborné škole a Střední průmyslové škole Volyně, kdy je v úvodu škola představena, následně jsou rozebrány všechny její finanční příjmy. Na závěr autor navrhl možnosti finančního zlepšení její situace. The author divided this bachelor thesis into four main parts. In the first part he introduces the significance of education and how is the education in the Czech Republic organized. The two following chapters describe how are the financial resources sent from the national budget to the educational institutions which consequently reallocate them to all their receivers via regional budgets. Fourth part is all about one chosen school - The Higher Professional School and The Secondary Technical School Volyne. This school is briefly described, all its financial resources are analyzed and at the end all the possible enhancements of its financial situation are suggested.
