Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá dodacou paritou a významom jej voľby v kúpnej zmluve. Prvá časť práce je teoretická. Obsahuje výklad teórie medzinárodnej kúpnej zmluvy a funkcie a použitie pravidiel INCOTERMS 2010. Detailne popisuje jednotlivé parity a porovnanie najnovšieho vydania s predošlou verziou. Druhá časť analyzuje praktické využitie jednotlivých dodacích podmienok v kúpnej zmluve konkrétnej spoločnosti. Bakalářská práce se zabývá dodací paritou a významem její volby v kupní smlouvě. První část práce je teoretická. Obsahuje výklad teorie mezinárodní kupní smlouvy a funkce a použití pravidel INCOTERMS 2010. Detailně popisuje jednotlivé parity a srovnání nejnovějšího vydání s předchozí verzí. Druhá část analyzuje praktické využití jednotlivých dodacích podmínek v kupní smlouvě konkrétní společnosti. This bachelor thesis deals with the delivery terms and its meaning and aplication in the purchase agreement. The first part is theoretical. It provides an interpretation of the theory of international purchase agreement and the function and use of the Incoterms rules. It describes in detail the different rules and the comparison of the latest edition of International Commercial Terms 2010 with the previous version. The second part analyzes the practical use of different delivery terms in the business contract of specific company.
