Práce je zaměřena na přímé zahraniční investice a jejich vliv na automobilový průmysl. Indie je jedna v nejrychleji rostoucích ekonomik a zahraniční investice slouží jako největší zdroj financování. K naplnění cíle práce je prostudovaná indická ekonomika před přílivem zahraničních investic, aby metodou analýzy bylo možné určit, jaký vliv mají investice na růst ekonomiky jako celku, a jak tento růst a investice přímo do automobilového průmyslu sloužily k jeho vzestupu. This thesis is focused on foreign direct investments and their effect on the automotive industry. India is one of the fastest growing economies and foreign investments are the biggest source of financing. To reach the aim of this thesis the Indian economy before and after the inflow of foreign investments was studied, so that through the method of analysis it could be determined, what effect investments have on the growth of the economy as a whole, and how did this growth and investments directly into the automotive industry lead to its boom.
