Diplomová práce řeší téma procesní řízení, konkrétně reengineering podnikových procesů a jeho význam a principy v oblasti řízení organizace. Práce se věnuje socio-technickým aspektům řízení, popisuje klíčové faktory úspěchu zavedení procesního řízení do organizace, vybrané metodické přístupy v oblasti reengineeringu podnikových procesů a zohledňuje holistické pojetí v této oblasti. Holistické pojetí zohledňuje nejen technickou část, do které patří především modelování podnikových procesů, ale i nehmotné aspekty, které se týkají lidské a organizační dimenze, se kterými se každá organizace při orientaci na procesní řízení potýká. Jelikož jde o náročnou organizační změnu, veškeré teoretické poznatky jsou využity v konkrétní oblasti vybrané organizace, kde jsou popsány návrhy řešení přehodnocení podnikových procesů. This thesis deals with business process management phenomena and its concept of business process reengineering in particular. Furthemore, the principles, chosen methods and critical success factors of business process reengineering implementation are discussed. This thesis also concerns itself with holistic conception of business process management which incorporates both hard factors (e.g. process modeling) and soft factors dealing with rather social aspects of any organizational change. All theoretical findings are applied in specific organization where the business processes are rethought.
