V lednu 2004 se CVVM ve svém šetření zajímalo o to, jak občané hodnotí své možnosti ovlivňovat veřejné dění. Respondenti dále hodnotili politický systém u nás před listopadem 1989, nyní a za 10 let. In its January 2004 survey CVVM was interested in learning how citizens evaluate their ability to influence public events. Respondents also evaluated the political system in the country before November 1989, now, and ten years from now.
