Bakalářská práce se zabývá crowdfundingem a zaměřuje se na dvě české kampaně, které byly úspěšné. Její hlavním cílem je objasnit tento pojem, přiblížit celkovou historii kolektivního financování, vysvětlit jednotlivé druhy, právní stránku a nakonec zhodnotit výhody i nevýhody tohoto způsobu financování. V praktické části jsou uvedeny dvě české crowdfundingové kampaně, které uspěly u přispěvatelů. U každé z nich je od tvůrců zodpovězeno deset otázek, které přibližují jejich zkušenost s tímto druhem financování. The bachelor thesis is concerned about crowdfunding and focuses on two Czech campaigns, which were successful. Its main objective is to clarify this concept, to bring the total history of collective financing, explain its various kinds, legal form, and finally evaluate its pros and cons. In the practical part is dedicated to two Czech crowd funding campaigns that have succeeded with their contributors. There are ten questions answered for each of them from the founders that bring their experience with this kind of funding.
