Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu možnosti harmonizace pracovního a rodinného života žen v ČR z hlediska konceptu CSR. První část práce se zabývá historickým kontextem, popisuje teoretická východiska harmonizace pracovního a rodinného života a přibližuje koncept CSR. V druhé části práce je prováděn kvalitativní výzkum, reprezentován metodou řízeného rozhovoru. Ze zjištěných závěrů vyplývá, že je tento koncept stále ještě záležitostí spíše nadnárodních podniků. Koncept CSR sice tedy některé firmy využívají, ale v rámci něj se spíše zaměřují na environmentální oblast. Pokud jde o koncept z hlediska slaďování pracovního a rodinného života, je většinou nevyužíván. This thesis analyzes the possibility of harmonizing work and family life of women in Czech Republic in terms of CSR. The first part of thesis deals with the historical context and provides theoretical base for the topic of harmonization of work and family life, and explains the concept of CSR. The qualitative research represented by controlled interview was conducted in the second part of thesis. Findings of research show that the concept of CSR is still rather a matter of multinational enterprises. Although the concept of CSR is incorporated by some companies, it is focused primarily on environmental area. Considering reconciliation of work and family life, the above mentioned concept of is usually not applied.
