Rostoucí emancipace žen na trhu práce způsobuje ženám potíže se sloučením jejich pracovních a rodičovských rolí. Tato práce se zabývá možností vyřešení tohoto problému větším zapojením otců do péče o děti a domácnost. Práce zkoumá vhodnost tohoto přístupu, a dále analyzuje legislativní a finanční možnosti jeho podpory. Teoretická část práce zkoumá možnosti a aktuální stav české legislativy v této oblasti a zařazuje ji do mezinárodního rámce. V praktické části jsou tyto legislativní a finanční nástroje analyzovány. Práce se zaměřuje na otcovskou dovolenou, rodičovskou dovolenou a zkrácené úvazky. Na základě analýzy a mezinárodní komparace nachází hlavní faktory, které jsou rozhodující pro způsob čerpání těchto institutů, a hledá způsoby, kterými lze tyto faktory efektivně ovlivňovat. The growing emancipation of women on the labour market causes problems in reconciling their professional and parental roles. The present thesis discusses possible solutions to this problem by involving fathers in childcare and household care. It analyzes the feasibility of this approach, as well as its possible legislative and financial support. The theoretical part examines the current Czech legislation in this area within an international context. Both the legislative and financial tools are subsequently analyzed in the practical part. The thesis focuses on paternal and parental leaves and part-time jobs. Based on the analysis and international comparison, it proposes the factors crucial for using these benefits and looks for ways of effectively influencing these factors.
