Diplomová práce je zaměřená na tématiku personálního managementu, který v současné době díky rostoucí ekonomice nabývá čím dál tím víc na významu. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit, zda se v soukromém sektoru přistupuje k personálnímu managementu rozdílně oproti sektoru veřejnému, a to zejména v oblasti náboru, odměňování a hodnocení zaměstnanců. V případě zjištění rozdílů jsou jednotlivé odlišnosti analyzovány s ohledem na příčinu, a dále jsou navrhnuta případná opatření, která by mohla personální management obou sektorů optimalizovat. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V první části,teoretické, je detailně popsán proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců, jejich odměňování a hodnocení. Ve druhé části, praktické, je provedena analýza personálních činností v organizacích, které ochotně poskytly údaje pro zpracování této diplomové práce, a zhodnocení rozdílů mezi soukromými podniky a veřejnými organizacemi. This thesis is focused on the theme of Personnel Management, which currently, due to a growing economy, is becoming increasingly important. The aim of this thesis is to analyze and assess the differences between the private-sector approach to personnel management and the public sector approach, especially in the areas of recruitment, remuneration, and evaluation of employees. If there are differences between the sectors, the aim is to find out what differences are, and suggest solutions. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the first part, theoretical, the process of recruitment and selection of employees is described in detail, in terms of their remuneration and evaluation. The second part, practical, includes and analysis of staffing activities in organizations that willingly provide information for the preparation of this thesis. It also evaluates the differences between private companies and public organizations.
