V mé bakalářské práci se budu zabývat analýzou strategie podniku KAVALIERGLASS, a.s. V první části se budu věnovat teoretickým poznatkům souvisejícím se strategickou analýzou. V druhé části představím společnost. Dále jsem spolupracoval se společností KAVALIERGLASS, a.s., která mi poskytla potřebné informace, díky kterým jsem mohl analyzovat současný stav postavení společnosti na trhu. Na základě současného stavu postavení společnosti jsem navrhl strategie společnosti. In my bachelor thesis I will deal with the analysis of the company strategy KAVALIERGLASS, a.s. In the first part I will deal with the theoretical knowledge related to strategic analysis. In the second part I will introduce the company. I also cooperated with KAVALIERGLASS, a.s., which provided me with the necessary information to help me analyze the current state of the company's position on the market. Based on the current state of the company's position, I have suggested a company strategy.
