[cze][eng] Cílem diplomové práce je odhadnout hodnotu společnosti P + P spol. s r.o. k 31. 12. 2015 s využitím veřejně dostupných informací a interních zdrojů. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První část je teoretická, kde se popisují metody, postupy a pojmy, které se využívají při oceňování podniku. V části praktické je nejdříve představena předmětná společnost, dále provedena strategická a finanční analýza k zhodnocení vnějšího a vnitřního potenciálu podniku, zhodnoceno finanční zdraví a ověření, zdali je zachován tzv. "going concern" princip. Dále je provedena analýza generátorů hodnoty, sestaven finanční plán na období let 2016 až 2020 a provedeno finální ocenění společnosti.The aim of this master´s thesis is to estimate the value of company P + P spol. s.r.o. to the date 31. 12. 2015, using publicly available information and internal sources. The work is divided into two main parts. The first part is theoretical, describing methods, techniques and terms that are used in company valuation. In the practical part there is first introduced the company, as well as strategic and financial analyses are made to assess external and internal potential of the company, evaluated the financial health and verifying whether the so-called "going concern" principle is retained. Furthermore, there are made analysis of value drivers, the financial plan for the years from 2016 to 2020 and the final valuation of the company.
