Cílem bakalářské práce je provedení strategické analýzy společnosti Carla, s.r.o. za období 2010 - 2014 z pohledu externího analytika. Bakalářská práce je standardně rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. V teoretické části je vymezena metodika analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí podniku. V praktické části je představen podnik a jeho obecná charakteristika. Poté následuje samotná strategická analýza, v rámci níž se aplikuje získané teoretické poznatky. Součástí je i finanční analýza, která slouží pro hodnocení finančního zdraví podniku. Poznatky získané v rámci celé analýzy vyústí ve SWOT analýzu, na jejíž základě jsou navržené případné změny a doporučení pro tvorbu podnikové strategie. The aim of the thesis is the implementation of the strategic analysis of the company Carla, Ltd. for the period 2010 - 2014 from the perspective of an external analyst. Bachelor thesis is normally divided into two main parts. In the theoretical part the methodology of the analysis of internal and external business environment. In the practical part, the company and its general characteristics. Followed very strategic analysis, within which to apply their theoretical knowledge. It also includes financial analysis, which is used for assessing the financial health of the company. The knowledge gained throughout the analysis results in a SWOT analysis, under which it is proposed any changes and recommendations for creating business strategy.
